Notable trials of Ball, Ghaleb & Hulbert have included Krejci v. Johns-Manville, the first asbestos-related colon cancer case tried on the West Coast; Taunt v. Michelin Tire, one of the only product defect verdicts against Michelin; and Valencia v. Department of Water and Power, a multi-million dollar verdict on behalf of an immigrant laborer. Farmers Mr. Ball obtained another wrongful termination against Farmers for a former Farmer’s national mold manager who was fired for refusing to participate in the corrupt lobbying of Texas politicians.
